Adam Turrubiates Garza

Adam Turrubiates, aka "Adam Bomb" passed away at the age of 40 on March 25, 2018. Adam was born on Thursday March 2, 1978, in Wasco, California to Maria Irene and Oscar Garza. He attended McKee Elementary, Greenfield Jr. High, Stockdale High School, and graduated from Vista West High School. He grew up in the small town of McFarland, California and moved to Bakersfield and lived in Lovington, New Mexico. He also lived in San Jose, California and ended up settling down in Wasco, California with his wife Jackie Garza and children. Adam was a proud parent of Marissa Garza, Kaleb Adam Garza, Ethan Warner Greg Garza, Joshua Garza, Madysyn Rose Garza, Jordan Nicole Garza, and Railynn Garza. He too was a proud grandparent to Neomiah. Adam enjoyed spending time with his children and was a man of many talents, from art to music to props, he was a carpenter and loved technology. Overall he was an extraordinary man who loved Christ and his family. He worked for Kern County Superintendent of Schools for 19 years. He was a great listener and did what he could do help others out. He is survived by his wife Jackie Garza, and children Marissa, Joshua, Ethan, and Railynn Garza, His grandson and Son-in-law, and Mother-in-law, His parents Maria Irene and Oscar Garza, brothers and sister Arnold, Alicia & Oscar, Jr. Garza and his sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins. He will be known for the many lives he touched and his generosity and for his ministry of music an amazing "Drummer," loving Husband, Dad, Grandfather, Son, Brother, Nephew, and Brother-in-law, Cousin, friend and Colleague. Life Celebration for Adam Garza will take place Monday, April 9th at 6:00 P.M. at Life House Church on 3311 Manor St. Bakersfield, Ca. 93308.
