Alyson Suzanne Muniz August 12, 1993 - May 22, 2018

Alyson was born in Bakersfield, California on August 12, 1993 and passed away May 22, 2018 at the age of 24. She was a sweet and happy-go-lucky girl, who always greeted everyone with a hug and a smile. Family was everything to Alyson, especially her children. They meant the world to her. As she would say, "My kids complete me, that's all I gotta worry about!" We will miss those silly, loving, and sometimes crazy rants on Facebook. But most of all, it is our Alyson who will be deeply missed by her four children, family, and friends.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her children; Aryanna, Xavier, Samuel, and Levi, her mother; Andrea Acevedo, father; Michael Muniz, her siblings; Daniel, Alex, Cameron, Jonathan, Rummour, Summer, Hannah, Roxie, Michael, Catalina, and Callagio, grandparents; Manuel and Chita Aleman, Jesse Muniz, Susie Lomas, Adam and Alona Acevedo, great-grandparents; Robert and Helen Lomas, God-parents; David Lopez and Carol Aguilar (Acevedo), and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Alyson is preceded in death by her grandmother; Susan Muniz, and great-grandparents; Alicia and Boy Juarez, Eusebia and Manuel Aleman, Sr., Carrie Lomas, and her uncle; Raymond Aleman.

Visitation will held on June 4th from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles St). A Mass of Christian Burial will be on June 5th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (900 H. St.) Interment to follow at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery (2739 Panama Ln).
