Hagen, Jr., younger brothers, Robert Hagen, John Hagen, Sr. and his younger sister, Rose Hagen; his children, Brian Hagen, Jr., Nicole Hagen and his adopted daughter, Michelle Payne; grandchildren, Andrew King, Isaac Scott, Leeum Lamont, Josiah Lacik and Nevaeh Lacik; nieces, Kerah Tuiolesiga and Trista Hagen; great newphews, Jax Tuiolosega, Eli Tuiolosega, Beau Tuiolosega and Code Tuiolesega.
