August 20, 1949 - January 20, 2019Carnell Louis Montgomery, Jr. was the third child born to Della Robena Francisco Montgomery and Carnell Louis Montgomery, Sr. in Bakersfield, CA on August 20,1949 and passed on January 20, 2019.Carnell and his late wife Karen had five children: Monae MaGee, Nika, Raquel Christine, Karin and Carnell III. Carnell was a teacher/counselor in Bakersfield, CA at Vista, Vista East, Liberty, and Point Loma and served as an educational consultant for Kern High School District.
