Connie was born in Bakersfield, CA on December 15, 1923 to Bernardino and Refugio Medrano. She passed away at home on October 6, 2024. Connie is preceded in death by her parents Bernardino and Refugio Medrano, sisters Delores Medrano and Carmen Maestas, brothers John and Jesus Medrano, husband Jose Maestas, daughter Josephine Maestas and sons Johnny and Jose Maestas Jr. Connie was a simple, modest, and hard working woman. Connie worked for Sparkle Cleaners as laborer, presser for over 25 yrs. She loved her children and was very proud of all her family. She showed us strength and the importance of family the fulfillment and richness it brought to her life. The beacon of light the Matriarch of our entire family has gone to be with our Lord. We are all going to miss you, " Dear Mama" Queen of our hearts. Connie is survived by her daughters Margaret Bach, Rita Garza, Linda Ramirez, Mary Breeding, Theresa Monsibais and one son Danny Maestas, 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
