Don Ellington born July 29,1941 ! Was called home ,to be with the Lord on April 1,2019. Don was born in Caldwell Idaho ,to Hoyt and Clara Ellington . He was one of ten siblings,he was the Seventh son born in the seventh month . Don is preceded in death by this Dad and Mom ,two Brothers and Five sisters And Daughter Denise. Don joined The Marines ,on August 1,1958. Don passion was playing country music ,he played bass Guitar he recorded some awesome records in The Seventies . Won up and coming male artist,in 1977 .His band the Hayshakers ,was known for the Bakersfield country sound back in the day .He received a lifetime award for his contribution to county music ,in 2018 .He is Survived by his wife Paula , Brother Doug Ellington of Orangvale ,Ca and Sister Phyllis Pillow of Sacramento ,Ca and his Children. Donnie Ellington And wife Sharon of Brentwood ,Ca - Danny Ellington and wife Shannon of Santa Maria,Ca -Derrick Ellington and wife Debbie of Santa Maria,Ca - Timothy And soon to be wife Crystal Bowman of Bakersfield,Ca -Daughter Trisha Clarke of Bakersfield ,Ca . Grand Children Derrick Ellington JR - Tiffanny Biglay And Husband Phillip of Bakersfield ,Ca - Daniel Ellington And wife Lauren of Santa Maria ,Ca - Zachary Ellington of Brentwood,Ca Great Grand Children Andrew Biglay - Maddison Biglay - Sammy Biglay - Eli Ellington - Greyson Bowman - Christian Mondol - Adrian Mondol. Many nieces And Nephews ,and cousins .He will Be Greatly missed by all. Viewing is Monday April 1 - for Family between 4-5 pm for public 5-8 .
