Patricia Elane Belcher

Patricia Elane Belcher went home to be with the Lord on March 19, 2025. She was born June 21st, 1944 in Bakersfield, California to Jasper and Marjorie Neeld.

She graduated from Bakersfield High School in 1962 and started working for Pacific Bell. After that, she worked as a bookkeeper for many different companies out of state and in Bakersfield. She was respected in her field and only retired last year from Houston Jewelers, where she worked for 19 years, her longest job.

She married Kenneth Belcher in 1998. She loved spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patricia and Ken enjoyed traveling all over the United States and Canada with her sister, Debbie, and Debbie’s husband. They loved to browse and shop at antique stores wherever they went.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, David Oesch Sr. She is survived by her husband Kenneth, her sister Debbie Oesch, and brother Paul Neeld, daughter, Michelle(Pat) Papasergia, son Scott (Dee Ann) Herron, grandchildren Adam (Jennifer) Papasergia, Meagan (Dean) Feller, Colby (Sheila) Herron, and great-grandchildren Avery and Halle Papasergia, and August Feller, and many nieces and nephews. Patricia is also survived by her step-daughter Rebecca Bailey and her son Zachary.
