Emma, also known as Dee to her friends and neighbors, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2018 surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA and was known for her friendly smile and her ability to talk to anyone. She was never afraid to act silly which was probably why children loved her so much. She loved to laugh and enjoyed every aspect of her life.
Emma is survived by her husband Robert Lee Payne, daughters Tesha Spitzer and Tamra Stone, and grandchildren Emmaleigh and Zachary White and Ethan Stone.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on January 12th at 11 am at 101 Minner Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93308.
