Estella Alegria

Estella Molina Alegria July 31,1947 - October 8, 2021 Stella was born on July 31, 1947 in Bakersfield, CA to Richard and Mary Molina and was raised in Wasco, CA. Stella married William Alegria and moved to Armona, CA. She worked as a Head Start teacher in Hanford, CA until she retired. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William. She is survived by her brothers; Ricky (Gloria) and Ruben (Molina), sister; Olga (Fernando) Albiar, granddaughter Kay-Lani Kaalekahi, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her family, friends and those who called her Nana, will miss her deeply. Viewing will be on October 26, 2021 from 5:00-9:00pm at Basham Funeral Care in Shafter and burial on October 28, 2021 at 2:00pm at the Bakersfield National Cemetery
