Francisco “Frank” “Pancho” Oviedo

Frank passed away on November 27,2024 at his home in Bakersfield ca. He was born on May 12,1947 in Sebastian Texas to Belen Oviedo and Patricia Rodriguez Oviedo he had 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Frank grew up in Sebastian Texas he went to work in the fields in 6th grade from there he went to get certified for welding and worked at CC Douglas as a shop foreman for 36 years and retired. Frank married Mary in Barstow Ca in 1968. They were happily married for 56 years. He enjoyed playing his accordion and dancing tejano music. Frank is survived by Mary his wife his 2 daughters Linda and Lorena Oviedo, his Grandchildren Nikki, Kristie, Andrea, Myra, Richard,Hector. Frank also had 10 great grandchildren that he loved dearly. Visitation will be held at Basham 3321 Niles Street on December 12, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.
