Gabrielle Faith Arroyo

February 11, 1995 — December 8, 2019

Gabrielle Faith Arroyo, best known as, Gabbz, left this earth to be with her heavenly father on Sunday, December 8, 2019. She was surrounded by the love of her mother, stepdad, sisters, and grandparents. She was born February 11, 1995 in Bakersfield, CA to Francisco Castro and Julia Salazar. She was raised by Julia, and in 2008 Moises Salazar stepped up to love and raise her and her 3 sisters alongside their mother. Gabbz married Ramiro Brandon Arroyo Jr, her middle school crush, on May 4, 2013. They share two beautiful children, Alizaya Melina Arroyo and Dean Ashton Arroyo. She graduated from South High School in 2013. She completed her required courses 5 months prior to graduation. She continually strived for higher education, attending classes at Bakersfield College, Vena Health Education Institute and San Joaquin Valley College. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant; she continued her education with a goal of becoming a surgical tech. This was her dream, to be in the operating room. While continuing her education, Gabbz worked at the Firehouse, the Bakersfield Heart Hospital, Evergreen Nursing Home and lastly with her mother and sister at Millennium Dental Center. Gabbz was a young and beautiful spirit that was loved by everyone who knew her. She was so talkative and full of energy. She made friends with everyone she met and she was loyal to a fault. Gabbz had a way of making everyone who met her feel like they'd always known her. She was the life of the party and loved to be the center of attention. She was smart and vibrant. She had such a brightness about her that she lit up every room she walked in to. Her most treasured title was being her grandpa's favorite. Gabbz is survived by her husband, Ramiro, her children Alizaya and Dean. She also leaves behind her parents: Julia & Moises Salazar; sisters: Emily Castro, Caitlin Castro, Rita Castro and brother Josiah Pinon. Her nieces & nephew: Aria Castro, Damon Castro-Torres and Jade Higareda. Her brother in laws: Justin Higareda and Jordy Lopez. Her partner: Andrew Mancha, her grandparents: Juan and Rita Pinon and many other hearts she touched. On behalf of our family, Thank You to all who have reached out and stood by our side as we grieve the loss and celebrate the life of Gabbz Arroyo.
