Gilbert was born in Bakersfield to Joe and Maria. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Richard, Herman and Albert. He is survived by daughter Diana, granddaughter Bailey and expected arrival grandson Branson Gilbert, siblings Estela, Elizabeth, Gracie, Amy, Cramen, Manuel, Bobby and Oscar.
A special thank you to our brother Manuel who was there to help me through it all.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 4th, 4-5p.m. family, 6-9p.m. friends, at Basham on Niles. Burial to follow at Greenlawn - River Blvd. on Thursday, May 5th, 10a.m.
