Hector was loved by and amused by everyone he came in contact with, he was "that guy" who made friends to random strangers and always gave what he had to anyone in need. He loved his dog/best friend Pepe so much and could be seen walking the streets of Bakersfield. Pepe passed away on July 23, 2018 and that was a hard time for him.
