HENRY TEMPZEN AUGUST 9TH 1959 - FEBRUARY 4TH 2022 Henry Tempzen 62 also known Chief gained his wings on February 4th, 2022. Henry was born on August 9, 1959, in Bakersfield Ca, to Gustavo and Felipa Tempzen. Henry is survived by the mother of 9 of his children Armida Flores, 6 daughters Lori Buendia, Jessica Lopez, Corina McTeer, Melissa Tempzen, Valerie Ramas, and Marina Tempzen. His 4 sons Adam Tempzen, Angel Tempzen, Gustavo Tempzen and Henry Jr. His Sisters Sarah Ortiz, Mona Hernandez, Lupe Castro, Jennie Rodriguez, Carmen Rubio and Brothers Louis Tempzen and Tony Tempzen 32 Grandchildren 3 great-grandchildren. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Henry grew up in Bakersfield Ca, in the family home on Dolores St, where he made many memories with his family. Henry enjoyed BBQing, listening to oldies, and having a few cold beers with his 2 "favorite boys" Andrew Gonzalez and Eric Rubio whom he loved as if they were his own. Henry was a hard-working man with many talents in a variety of trades. In his younger years he was a cook at Js coffee shop. He worked several years at Bakersfield College. Then he became the family handyman for odds and ends for who ever needed him. Henry was a man who wore his heart on his sleeve. He enjoyed being able to help anyone in need. He always seen the good in everyone. Henry had a soft spot for his children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Henry will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Henry is preceded in death by his father Gustavo Tempzen, Mother Felipa Tempzen,Brother Andrew Tempzen and his Grandparents Isaac and Theodora Martinez.
