Hickael Gonzalez

Our beloved Hickael Gonzalez passed away at the young age of 36, on January 26, 2020 at the Keck Medicine of USC in Los Angeles, CA. He was born on February 26,1983 in Bakersfield, CA to Albina Gonzalez. Hickael grew up in Bakersfield, CA. He graduated from West High School in Bakersfield, CA in 2002. After high school he attended College at Bakersfield Community College in Bakersfield, CA where he received his Associate degree in Art and Liberal Arts. He worked for Bakersfield Superior Court as a Revenue Recovery Officer where he worked for four years. Then he went on to take over key positions in the private sector. Hickael's long term companionship and love for Tanisha produced our beautiful 8-year-old baby girl Krystel. Hickael was a huge fan of the San Francisco 49ers. Hickael's dream was to attend one of their playoff games in person, which made true by his best friend Travis on 01/19/2020. Hickael is survived by his Mother Albina. His daughter Krystel. His Sisters Adriana, (Juan) Alzate and Brieanna, (Michael) Strikland. Brothers Christopher and Ali. Niece and Goddaughter Layla and Abriana. Grandmothers Mamayaya and Cristina. He's also survived by many other tias and cousins. Hickael was preceded in death by his Grandfather Eloy Gonzalez. Funeral service will be held at Basham Funeral Care located 3312 Niles Street, Bakersfield, Ca 93305 at 2:00pm on Friday Feb 7th, 2020 following to his final resting place at The Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, Ca 93306.. The family will be greeting friends and relatives following his funeral at his residence located at 606 Isabell Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93306.
