Jacqueline Denise Payton, a cherished soul and beloved matriarch, passed away at the age of 57 in Bakersfield, ca. Born on November 24, 1966 , in Tallulah, Louisiana, to Iness Lucas and Ed Payton, Jacqueline's journey through life was marked by her vibrant spirit and unwavering strength.
Later relocating to Bakersfield, California, Jacqueline became the loving cornerstone of her family. She skillfully balanced the joys of motherhood while nurturing her five children, Norma Randolph, Jerome Peterson, Donta Allen, Fredrick Delouth Jr., and JD Moore. Her home was a sanctuary of warmth, filled with the aromas of her cooking, the melodies of her favorite music, and the rhythm of her joyful dancing. Jacqueline's love for her family was her guiding light, and her ability to make everyone around her laugh was a gift that brightened many lives.
