Jeremiah Isaiah Karr December 18, 1977 - August 23, 2019

Friends and family will always remember Jeremiah for his loving heart, generosity, and the love he had for his family.

Jeremiah was born on December 18, 1977 to David and Patricia Karr in Bakersfield, CA. He was raised in Arvin, CA but later moved to Bakersfield. He attended Stockdale High School and Vista West High School, where he was proud of being the president of his Senior Class. Jeremiah worked for Diversified Construction Solutions as a Senior Estimator. He spent many years in the construction industry and had a passion for operating heavy equipment.

Jeremiah was blessed with three children, Emily Ann, Summer Grace, and Jace Conley. He enjoyed spending time with his kids doing all the things they loved, such as watching them play sports and sharing his sense of humor and corny jokes.

Jeremiah loved playing music; he was involved in several different bands around town. Anyone that knew him knew he was an avid Seattle Seahawks fan. Jeremiah enjoyed fishing and seeing others happy is what made him happy.

On August 23, 2019 an amazing man was called home to be with the Lord.

Jeremiah is proceeded in death by his mother Patricia Karr, who he referred to as "the greatest woman who ever lived." He is survived by his children Emily, Summer and Jace Karr; the mothers of his children, Lori Karr and Shannan Martinez; sister and brother-in-law Doug and Sherri Otte; brother and sister-in-law Steven and Samantha Karr; brother and sister-in-law Michael and Megan Karr; sister Mary Karr; uncles and aunts; nieces and nephews; cousins and countless beloved friends.

Please join his family in a Celebration of Life in honor of Jeremiah Isaiah Karr, it will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. 6200 Alfred Harrell Highway, Bakersfield, CA 93308. Dinner will be served.
