John is survived by his wife, Betty,of 60 years; their daughter, Debra Barr and her husband Sam; grandchildren, Chad Darling and Jill Darling; and great-grandson, Devin Gonzalez. John was a retired Chevron Dealer and member of Higher Ground Church of many years.
