John "Junior" Jones
April 3, 1943 - April 4, 2019
John was born April 3, 1943 in Spiro, Oklahoma and went to be with his Lord and Savior April 4, 2019 at his home in Bakersfield, California. He is preceded in death by is parents, John and Lola Mae Jones; his son, Michael; 2 brothers, Bill and Curtis and one sister, Bonnie. He is survived by his wife, Linda; his 4 children, Terry, Kendall, Karrie and Steven and his 2 sisters, Martha and Carol. Hi also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
John was a very strong and loving Christian man. He loved hunting and fishing and was a big football fan; a die-hard Rams and Sooners Fan.
Our family would like to thank all of his Doctors and nurses in the ICU unit at Adventist Health Hospital, and we thank Optimal Hospice for the wonderful care they all gave him.
He will be missed by so many!
