Jorge B Candela 52, passed away on December 13th at Mercy SW Hospital Bakersfield CA. He was born on April 1st, 1969, in Bakersfield CA to Felix and Olga Candela. Jorge grew up in McFarland CA. He graduated for McFarland High School in McFarland CA in 1987. He worked for O’Reilly’s Auto parts as a delivery driver where he worked for 10 years. Jorge and Maria were together for 32 years, renewing their relationship in Las Vegas, NV. where they married in 2009. Jorge enjoyed listening to all kinds of music. Jorge is survived by his spouse Maria of Wasco CA; his daughter Kimberly of Ridgecrest CA, his brothers and sister Felix Jr. Candela of Bakersfield, Ricardo Candela of Bakersfield, Oscar Candela of Arizona and Maria (Flora) Rios of Moreno Valley; his grandchildren Issac Leal of Wasco CA, Myles Luna of Ridgecrest CA, and Owen Luna of Ridgecrest CA and sister-in-law Eva Gonzalez of Wasco CA, and Brother-in-law Jose Gonzalez and (Katie Gonzalez) of Bakersfield CA, nieces and nephews Sonia Rios, Ana Rios, Joshua Rios, Jasmin Candela, Ruben Candela, Greg Candela and Raymond Candela great nieces and nephew Bella and Robert Herrera of Menifee CA, and Catalina, JoseAnna and Breanna Gonzalez of Bakersfield CA. Jorge was preceded in death by his parents Felix and Olga and brothers and sister Hector Candela, Robert Candela and Dora Candela. A visitation will be held at Basham & Lara Funeral Care on December 27th at 5-9 pm. December 28th the mass will be held at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Wasco, Ca. at 10am Burial will follow the funeral at Wasco Cemetery
