Jose is survived by his 3 children - Jill Varner (James Varner), Jody Lopez (Emiliano Lopez), and Jose "AJ" Guerra. 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. Sister Emma Hernandez, Alicia Perez, Anna Torres, Francis Cruz and brother Ruben Guerra.

Jose is preceded in death by Jose Guerra - Father, Josefina Reyna Guerra- Mother, Brothers- Juan Guerra and Julian Guerra.
