Kason Devon Guyton, age 5, transitioned to heaven on the evening of February 23, 2017. Kason Devon Guyton was born in Bakersfield, California to Bryan Guyton and Crystal Brown on September 16, 2011. Kason was a kindergartener at Agapeland Christian Academy, where students, teachers, and administrators loved him. He was a member of the Cross Christian Church where he was actively involved in the children's ministry. Kason was full of life, goodhearted, and considerate. He loved to pray for his parents, siblings, and family every night before bed. At only 5 years of age, Kason was a fervent prayer warrior in his own right! He faithfully cherished the special bond he had with his siblings. Kason loved to eat good food and would often remind his father about his snacks by saying "Its snack time daddy". His special love for food fueled his desire to help his mom prepare dinner every night.
A few of Kason's cherished activities included watching his favorite television shows such as; the "Backyardigans" and "Thomas-the-Train". Kason loved anything to do with cars. He was extremely active and had a deep love for all genres of music. His love for music was so strong that it compelled him to turn anything he could find into a drum and create a beat. Kason's passion for music was evident by his enthusiasm to play multiple instruments. Even at the age of 5 Kason had an uncandid gift for entertaining family and friends with his "one-and-only Kason" dance moves. Kason loved to dress and always had to be clean. His favorite school attire consisted of a crisp ironed collared shirt and pants with the pant leg positioned slightly over his spotless shoes. Kason's life would seem too short to many, but those who knew him can honestly say that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His gentle smile melted the hearts of those around him and his vibrant spirit electrified everyone he met.
