Kathy passed away on October 5 in Bakersfield CA, Kathy was born in Gardena CA, on January 1, 1962, to Martha & Joseph Williams.

Kathy moved to Bakersfield CA in 1987. She went to work for Taco Bell as a crew member and quickly moved up the ranks to become a store manager, where she spent most of her working career.

In 1990 Kathy became the godmother to Adnan Ismail & Ambrin Allison. Kathy prided herself on being a great role model for the kids. In 2004 she married her life partner Wendy Philley and became a stepmom to Chase Roach.

Kathy was a thrill-seeking person she has jumped out of planes, has ridden every ride at the top of the Stratosphere, bungee jumped and zipped lined. She had plans to travel to all 50 states but had only made it to 45.

Kathy's hobbies were never limited she loved playing golf, coloring, watching tv, going to the movies, listening to all music, and dancing. She enjoyed being around her friends at the get-togethers, game nights, and was always the life of the party.

Kathy is survived by her male best friend of almost 30 years John Rigsby and Family. Her female best friend of almost 30 years Kimberly Ballew and family, her life partner of 6 years Wendy Philley, son Chase Roach, Godson Adnan and his 2 children, Goddaughter Ambrin and her 4 children, and numerous Friends.
