Kerry Blaine PierceNovember 17, 1958 - July 23, 2017

Kerry Blaine Pierce, 58, passed away in Bakersfield CA on July 23, 2017. A loving son, father, brother, uncle, and friend.

Kerry was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Wanda Pierce. He is survived by daughters Blaine and MicAnne; siblings Jerry, Bill (Renee), Robert (Vicki), Laura; nephews Dominick, Nathan, Noah, Evan, Zachary; nieces Adina and Michelle; and best friend Kenny Minton.

Kerry grew up in Bakersfield where he attended BHS and was very active in the Driller band. After high school, he attended and graduated from the prestigious Musicians Institute in L.A. Kerry's passion for music led him to play drums with several bands in Bakersfield, L.A., and the Bay Area.

Kerry was well loved by many in the music community of Bakersfield and will forever be remembered as a kind and loving man that was well liked by all who knew him.

Per Kerry's request, there will not be a service held for him.

A celebration of life will be announced soon.
