Rebecca Manuela Sanchez "Becky" Devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother 1941-2017
Rebecca Manuela Sanchez, 76 died Sunday, December 24th at Memorial Hospital with her family and friends by her side.
Becky was born July 6th 1941, in Bakersfield, CA to Thomas and Carmen Mireles.
In 1967, she married the love of her life, Felix Sanchez. They recently had their 50th wedding anniversary, where they were surrounded by many loving friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her father, mother and her brothers Tony and David.
Becky is survived by her siblings, Reggie Mireles, Mary Ramirez, Roy Mireles, Rachel Mireles, Roberta Rangel, Ronnie Mireles, Regina Marquez, husband Felix, her son Mark and his wife Joann Sanchez, her son Steve Sanchez and his girlfriend Marissa Rueda and grandchildren Jessica Rose, Arthur and Bo.
A viewing will be held at Basham Funeral Care on Wednesday, January 3rd from 5-9pm with Rosary starting at 7pm. A mass will be held on Thursday, January 4th at 10am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
