Mark D Lewellen passed away on November 6th, 2018, at home in Bakersfield, CA, surrounded by loved ones.
Mark was born Sept 30, 1963 to Linda Jackson (Tagliarino) Lewellen and Andrew Tagliarino Jr. in Lewistown, Montana.
Mark was an ambitious and adventurous young boy, playing baseball and participating in dive and swim teams and playing guitar.
He was inducted into the United States Navy in 1982 and attended basic training in San Diego, California. He served until his discharge in 1984, when he returned to Montana. The majority of his Navy time was spent in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Mark was a "Jack of all Trades," performing such jobs as hydraulic mechanics in the Navy and in the private sector, a carpenter, electrician, landscaping and even spent four years working for Livingston Parish in Louisiana. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, swimming, playing pool, playing his guitar and riding his beloved motorcycle.
Although he loved these activities very much, his true loves were always his family. No matter where life took them, he always made sure it was an adventure. He made many friends from all walks of life along the way, maintaining friendships through the years, some going back to his grammar school days.
