Mary Darlene Shaw

Mary Darlene Jackson Shaw was born on May 26, 1954, in Bakersfield to Zebedee and Queen Esther Mae Reeves-Jackson. She was the 4th child of 5, the first baby girl.

Preceding her in death are her parents, brothers Eugene and Gregory Jackson, grandchildren K'tron Wille, Kalaya Jessica, and Paul Jacquarion.

We are comforted in knowing that she has moved past the land of pain, suffering and sorrow and into the land of peace and happiness.

In moving, she leaves to keep her legacy alive her daughters Ruby and KimWanna Shaw, siblings: Jackie (Shelia), (Kiddle Dee) Jessica C. W. Evans, 4 grandchildren Darin II and Kateronna Davidson, Kamara Dunn and Keshae Lashore, great-grandson Princeton Dunn-Green, 3 godchildren, Aunt Opal Holland, many nephews and nieces and other loving relatives and friends.

Home going celebration being held Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Cain Memorial AME, 630 California Ave. at 11 am. Pastor Ryan Shaw presiding and Elder Andreus Degraffenreid giving the Proclamation of Hope.
