Reginald Trey Brumfield

Reginald Trey Brumfield, at 29 years of age made his journey home to Our Beloved Savior on November 16, 2019, in Bakersfield, California. He was born on March 22, 1990 at 4:44 p.m. to Reginald Brumfield and Zulema Lolita Wright.

Reggie grew up in Bakersfield, California. He graduated from Highland High School on May 29, 2008. After High-school Reggie briefly attended Bakersfield College. Reggie had a love for Cinematography and selected his own path towards fulfilling his passions and dreams.

Reggie is survived by his devoted parents, Reginald R. Brumfield and Zulema L. Wright, his beloved siblings, Jazelle E. Brumfield, Tevin Z. Brumfield, Milan Z. Brumfield, cousins, Dereck M. Wright and Sydney A. Wright; His dearest Grandmothers, Willie Marie Strong and his second mother/grandmother, Marie R. Wright; His dear grandfather, Victor L. Wright and Tia Uronda Wright, as well as a large extended family on both the maternal and paternal side.

A visitation will be held at Basham Funeral Care 3312 Niles Street Bakersfield, California 93306 on Tuesday, November 26th from 5-8 p.m. The family will greet friends and relatives in celebration of Reggie's homecoming and his blessed young life. Funeral Services will be held at St. Joseph 1515 Baker St. Bakersfield, California 93305, on Wednesday, November 27th at 10 a.m. Burial will follow the funeral at Hillcrest Memorial Park 9101 Kern Canyon Road Bakersfield, California.
