Robert Lee Rodriguez Jr. "Bobby" 57, passed peacefully in his home surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday 28, 2019.
Bobby was welcomed into heavens gates by his mother Joyce Phillips, sister Cristy Guzman and brother Nick Diaz; survived by his father Robert Lee Rodriguez Sr. Sister Michelle Diaz, Brothers Rodney Diaz, David Diaz, three daughters, one son Rosalie Hill (Chris Hill, Sr.) Bridget Cerda(Jesse Cerda) Monique Rangel (Obrian Rangel) Joshua Gutierrez, Sr. (Nena Gutierrez) Aunt Maiya Rodriguez, Uncle Jay Rodriguez, girlfriend, Gina Vasquez, seventeen grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Bobby was a long time resident of Bakersfield California, born raised in Santa Paula California. He worked endless hours as a residential and commercial painter for over 20 years.
Bobby enjoyed spending time with his family, listening to oldies and worshiping God.
Services will be held on September 20th, 2019 at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles St.)
