William Neles Charles, Sr., or as most knew him as "Bill" had a wonderful and fulfilling life. Bill was an outstanding person and made an impact on so many people's lives.

Bill Charles was born on April 12, 1957 in Huron Michigan. He was the second child of father, Neles Charles and mother Nancy Elizabeth Charles and was a younger brother to sister Debra Jean Charles.

Later in life, Bill became a father, bringing into this world a son "William Neles Charles , Jr." As two years passed from the birth of his son, Bill was blessed with a daughter "Brittney Michelle Charles." As Bill's children grew older, they had children of their own giving Bill the pleasure of being a grandfather of six amazingly vibrant grandchildren.

Bill was a remarkably intelligent individual. Always having bright ideas, always giving excellent advice and always creating challenges for himself and conquer them. To fail for him, meant your first attempt in learning. He was one to never give up. He gained much joy out of accomplishing his challenges and goals. But would gain even more joy and feel more accomplished when helping others in need.

Bill will forever leave a long lasting impression on all those involved in his life and whomever he crossed paths with. May he rest peacefully in God's beautiful heavens.
